1. How do you charge? Most yards with 1-4 dogs are in the $5-10 range per cleanup. We consider number and size of dogs as well as size of the area to be patrolled and frequency of service. Please contact us today for a fast and friendly quote. You will be surprised! 2. How do I Pay? We invoice monthly. We accept cash, check, credit/debit card or PayPal.
3. Can I Prepay? Yes, and when you do you will receive 1/2 month FREE for a 6 month payment or 1 month FREE for a 12 month payment.
4. Is there an extra charge for the first time? This depends on how long it's been since the last thorough cleanup. Normally we will schedule a day with you for us to come and assess the damages. During that visit we'll call you with a quote and, if agreed, we will get it done at that time. We have never been told "The price is too high".
5. Do you offer referral incentives? Yes, you will be rewarded up to $30.00 credit toward your account for each friend you refer. Now that's easy money!

Do the dogs need to be inside when you clean? No, as long as they are civilized, we will enjoy the company of your dogs.
7. Do you work in the rain and snow? Yes, the only weather that will stop us is severe lightning storms and new snow that has freshly hidden all that we are out to find. If there is too much new snow on the ground to be of any value for most customers to have us do our work, we will not run any routes for that day. If the forecast calls for snow, and scheduling allows, we may come one day early. After snowfall, service will generally resume the following week whether it has melted or not (As we have learned most customers expect or at least appreciate it). If it snows again before we are able to make it back, you might expect an additional delay. We do the best we can to be fair, provide value, and maintain efficiency.
8. What if I go on vacation? If your dog(s) is/are going to be away from home for an extended period of time and you don't need our services for that time, let us know before we arrive to avoid an unnecessary charge.
9. Are you insured? Absolutely! 10. Do you always come on the same day of the week? Yes, this maintains consistency so you'll know when to expect service. The only exceptions might be snow in the forecast or holiday weeks. 11. Do you take away what you pick up? Always. We would never leave dog waste to stink up your trash can. We are full service. 12. What if I am less than happy? Though highly unlikely, if this is ever the case, simply call us within 24 hours after service. We will either return to make it right or you won't be charged. Satisfaction is always 100% guaranteed. 13. Do you work on holidays? During the week of any of the following holidays your service may be provided either a day in advance or a day after the regularly scheduled visit. - New Years Day - Memorial Day - Independence Day - Labor Day - Thanksgiving - Christmas Day
